CASTLETON, Hope Valley:
Castleton is the centre for caving in the area, with Peak Cavern, Giant's Hole, P8, JH, Oxlow Cavern, Winnats Head Cave and all the other classic Castleton Systems on the doorstep. A small village with several good pubs and the home of the TSG Caving Club. The village shop caters for basic needs.

TSG CAVING CLUB HUT
Location: The hut is right in the centre of the village.
Description: Based in the centre of Castleton. Shops & five Pubs within one minute on foot! Typical club hut with hostel accommodation, showers, changing area, new stainless steel kitchen, new central heating system and drying area. Groups up to 18.

OUTDOOR CENTRE self catering for groups
Location: 1/4 of a mile outside the village.
Description: Outdoor Centre catering for groups - two self catering units (10 and 25) & comprises lounge, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen, adequate showers etc.
Catered option also available. Centre can accommodate up to 80 people in total. A full range of activities can be provided.

HATHERSAGE, Hope Valley:
Hathersage is five miles East of Castleton within easy reach of the caves. A couple of pubs and a couple of well stocked general stores.

Small hamlet with no shops or pubs. The closest village, with a shop and a pub is Monyash 3 miles away.

ORPHEUS CAVING CLUB COTTAGES
Location: 6 miles south of Buxton in open countryside.
Description: A well appointed cottage conversion accommodating up to 18 people (or more mid-week). Camping is also available.
